Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Course Enrollments

At Regally Legal, we take pride in the quality of our educational content. Due to the immediate digital nature of our courses, all sales are generally considered final once access to the course materials has been granted.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:

• Technical Error: If you are unable to access the course due to a technical failure on our end that we cannot resolve within 48 hours.
• Accidental Double Charge: If you were charged twice for the same enrollment.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@regallylegal.com within 7 days of your purchase.

3. Refund Timeline (Razorpay Mandate)

Once a refund request is approved by our administrative team, it will be initiated immediately.

4. Cancellations

For subscription-based services (if applicable), you may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
